NV Billecart Salmon Blanc de Blancs Brut Champagne Grand Cru

This Chardonnay cuvee has been elaborated from the five grand cru vineyards of the Cote des Blancs: Avise, Chouilly, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger and Oger. It is a blend of two different years revealing the qualities of the Chardonnay grape. It has a lovely gold color and a fine mousse of delicate bubbles accompanied by aromas of almonds, pears and apples. On the palate this wine has power and complexity with a fresh and elegant finish.
