2021 SINEGAL ESTATE CABERNET SAUVIGNON NAPA

A big and fruity wine on the tongue wtih dark currant and cassis like fruit, a good amount of ripe fruit on the nose complimented but dark chocolate, fresh plowed dark earth and sweet tobacco spice, toasty oak, nie complexity here on the nose.  A big and chewy wine on the tongue with layers of dark berry and plum fruit ripe round tannins and a firm hand of acidity.  Wonderful balance and depth of fruit here with a long layered finish.  Finsih 45+
