VINTAGE NOTES: “2021 was marked by hailstorms and 150 liters of heavy rain in the first half of June. Both factors notably complicated the work in the vineyard due to fungal diseases and led to the smallest harvest in living memory. However, the sanitary conditions of the bunches, which were small and well-ventilated because of hailstorm, were excellent, with great ripeness and quality. Good acidity level, color and depth were the leading points in 2021.”
