The wine was still a bit rigid and nervous when I tasted it (despite the fact I tasted from a bottle at the winery that had been open since the previous evening). This blended wine sees fruit harvested from Le Coste in mid-October and Ravera during the third week of the month. Despite the timid bouquet, the mouthfeel shows power and depth. I was also surprised by the level of fruity ripeness and plumpness that emerges from the bouquet.
