2012 Flowers Chardonnay Camp Meeting Ridge Estate Sonoma Coast

Hyde and Wente clone, lots of Chicks and Hens, 35% new oak for 15 months, but this wine has a good amount of minerality on the nose, sea shell notes and a good amount of lemon zest like fruit, pretty floral notes even more intense on the second day, pretty vanilla bean spice, creme brulee. They make a third wine called the Moon Select. A very focused wine on the tongue, bright lemon zest and a nice touch of toasty oak spice, ceme flan and a long layered finish that sea shell like salty mineral nuance through the finsih, very long and layered.
