2012 Butternut Chardonnay California

This wine is from the B & A wine group, about 50 % of the juice is the first pressing from Mumm winery in Napa, Carneros and then Sonoma fruit here this the California appellation, they have a unique way of toasting the barrels giving the wines the unique caramel notes to the bouquet. A good amount of sweet fruit on the tongue with that toasty caramel note and vanilla bean creme caramel, marshmellow candy like notes through the finish. Candied even more on the second day a very unique style, very sweet nose and finish. Finish 25+ Good +
