Winery Notes A nose of butterscotch and lemon drops.Sourball fruit. Very luscious and elegantwith succulent, sweet ripe pineapple fruit.Very racy, too. A pineapple sourball finish. The vines are located in the commune of Saint-Aubin just next to the “Murgers des Dents de Chien” climate. Limestone and a little clay. The subsoil is composed of different limestone layers (pebbles, marly soils). Medium slope with south exposure. The pruning is done in Guyot with different works during the green season.
