For the first time, this vintage is crafted entirely from cool-climate Sauvignon Blanc, showcasing vibrant acidity and purity of fruit. Gentle lees stirring in a combination of stainless-steel tanks, small clay amphorae, and French Oak barrels enhances its texture and complexity while preserving the wine’s signature freshness.
