This Sauvignon Blanc is made from Fontodi’s organically tended, north-facing La Rota vineyard, this wine’s Sauvignon Blanc grapes ferment in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and the wine ages on the lees for six months, also in stainless steel. Just over 650 cases made each vintage.
