This wine has a very concentrated bouquet of fresh plowed earth, dark plum and berry fruit, spices, herbs and more, very intense. The keep the wine on the lees and battonage to make the tannins softer. A very plush and velvety wine on the tongue with rich plum and cherry fruit a nice compliment of earth and spice, lovely and elegant wtih a long layered finish.
