Founded in 1112 by the Cistercian monks, Louis Jadot is one of the 5 or 6 most important producers with 6.36 acres principally assembled from the acquisition of vineyards from Clair Daü and Domaine Champy in the 1980s. A very big wine but needs time top open up lots of oriental spice, truffle like earth, smoke and red and black cherry berry fruit, amazingly complex bouquet. Finish 50+ KILLER
