Historically, Maison Giroud has been the source of some simply spectacular older wines as the policy was always to buy, or vinify, old style Burgundy built to stand the test of time. Their general commercial policy is to hold back stocks of older vintages and release them into the market from time to time and the older vintages reviewed here represent a selection of wines that you will be able to find at various merchants.
