100% Blauburgunder (Pinot Nero) planted in gravelly marine soils at 420m elevation. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel punch down tanks for 15 days, using natural yeasts. This is followed by malolactic fermentation and maturation in 60 hl oak casks for 6 months.
