Average age of the vines is 100 years old, Aglianico is one of the south's top grapes for aging, blackberry and dark cassis berry fruit with lots of dried herbs, flowers, intense with lots of jammy fruit. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with layers of dark spices, dried floral ntoes and ripe and round tannins very chunky with nice depth and balance through the finish. Finish 45+ Most Excellent
