A lot of research for this varietal was done here with this varietal and this wine has an incredible bouquet with dark berry spice, with a good amount of mint, fresh black earth very rich and complex bouquet of aromas, with highlights of wild game and dried flowers. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with lots of dark berry fruit and a host of tannins very big and a bit awkward at the moment this wine needs time, very dry at the end, lots of dark spice on the finish, a very rustic wine but has everything in proportion just needs time.
