2021 La Spinetta Langhe Nebbiolo (Magnum)

The La Spinetta Nebbiolo Langhe comes from 15 hectares of the younger part of the Starderi vineyard in Neive. The vines are between 19-22 years old and grown at an altitude of 270 meters, in the same vineyard that produces Giorgio’s famed Barbaresco. Harvest usually happens in the middle of October, after which the grapes are fermented in rotofermentors for 7-8 days. The wine is then aged in neutral French oak barrique
