The have two properties the orignal one in Tramine and the winery s history goes back to the 1300's, then in the early 1900's the Walch family purchased the Castel Ringberg property that dates back to the 1600's. This is the largest family owned vineyard in Alto Adige. Everything is estate grown, this wine is now screwcap for the first time!! A good amount of fresh tree fruit pears, apples lemon citrus and wet stone like mineral, very light and fresh bouquet. A zesty wine on the tongue with a lovely freshness to it and tongue tingly briny mineral notes on the finish. Finish 30+ 35,000 cases total production and this wine is 3000 cases. Very Good +
