A selection of older vines that are lower yielding and this wine is also barrel fermented and aged for 10 months in 15% new barrels. Has a much richer boquet some honeyed notes, fresh flowers, lavender and delicous pear and white peach like fruit, a bit of a gravelly mineral note coming out on the second day. Nice richness onthe tongue with a slightly oily texture, concentrated and rich with a solid core of fruit, apricot and a long finish very layered with spice, mineral and floral notes, very long wiht white pepper note at the end.
