2021 Babylonstoren Candide White Simonsberg Paarl South Africa

A blend of Chenin Blanc, Viognier, Chardonnay and Semillon, a very fresh and clean bouquet with white flowers, green melon and pear like fruit with tangerine citrus and some briny mineral notes.  A light and refreshing style of white wine with nice melon and cirus fruit here, balanced with just a note of that floral and mineral nuance from the nose coming through on the finish.  Finish 35+  Very Good
