2022 Talbott Chardonnay Sleepy Hollow Monterey

Like all of Talbott wines, this Sleepy Hollow Chardonnay is made exclusively from estate-grown grapes. It has aromas of pear and green apple, complemented by French oak and toasty brioche notes. On the palate, it is lush and elegant, with a creamy mouthfeel and flavors of white peach and pear. Round oak tannins are perfectly balanced by acidity, and there is along finish that builds over time. The Sleepy Hollow Vineyard defines this wine, with power, richness, and bright (cool-climate, zone 1) acidity.
