Tasting Notes

peach and tropical flowers, with underlying savory hints of toasty oak, nutmeg

and melted butter from aging in French oak. On the palate, it is creamy and

rich, with fined-tuned acidity providing brightness and energy to the alluring

citrus and stone fruit flavors. As it draws to a close, notes of toasted hazelnut

and fresh-baked pie crust emerge, creating a lush, lingering finish.
