The 2017 Chardonnay Allen Vineyard is youthfully restrained, slowly giving up wet stone, lemon pith, baker's yeast, floral touches and fresh apple and pear notes with twinges of cream, nuts and stone fruit hints. The palate is medium-bodied and rounded and with oodles of savory-laced fruits lifted by juicy acidity on the very long, textured finish. (EB)   Review Date: 12/2019
