NV Voirin Jumel Blanc de Blancs Champagne Brut 1er Cru
Winemaker Notes This 1er Cru Champagne is made in a fresh and friendly style, highlighting notes of bright orchard fruits accented by a light yeastiness and a slight minerality on the finish. This full-bodied wine should ideally be served with food (think white meat and cream sauces or chicken pot pie), though it is a pleasure to enjoy all on its own. No doubt this NV will flourish with age, yet it is drinking wonderfully today.
