Winemaking Notes: It is simultaneously racy and rich, focused and full, with a long, dry finish. The Pinot Meunier grapes are sourced from various vineyards in the Marne Valley as well as Chavot in the Coteaux Sud d'Épernay subregion. The vines age ranges between 25 to 40 years. The multiple parcels have varied exposure. Soils are worked manually.
