NV I Moschettieri Di Frecciarossa Pas Dose

This is made with the methode classico, and is 100% Pinot Noir aged for 18 months on the lees, disgorged Feb 2015 and this is 2011 vintage. Not much of a nose here, stone fruit and a touch of perfume and floral hints and wet stone like minerality. A nice fresh creamy texture on the tongue with a nice salinity and a zesty citrus finish. Nice length and balance a bone dry finish. Very Good +
