"This is our new “superior House champagne”. Kept in Bauchet’s cellars for a minimum of 36 months before disgorgement, this is a blend made from 80% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir (of which 20% are reserve wines), coming from their Premier Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs and the Montagne de Reims.
