NV Bouvet Rose Cremant De Loire

Only aged for nine months so the can't use the title of Cremant, this is 100% Cabernet Franc, this is methode champenoise. This wine has a very fruity bouquet with pretty floral highlights, raspberry and cherry fruit with light smoky notes. Has a fine mousse on the tongue with sweet red berry fruit, raspberry and wild strawberry with a dose of sweetness here but has nice freshness through the finish. Finsih 35+ Good +
