this rose is a blend of 8% of red Pinot Noir and this wine was disgorged in September of 2014, they also a bit of red still Pinot Meunier and the blend is mostly Pinot Meunier, a very pretty nose of wild strawberry and raspberry like fruit along with rose petal floral notes and a maple note coming out on the second day. Very smooth and creamy on the tongue with red cherry fruit, a nice hint of ginger like spice and a fresh mineral laced finish, nice chalky note at the end, this wine has added structure due to the still red.
