NV Aubry Champagne Brut Premier Cru

This NV is a classic, pure, clean, chalky, and packed with citrus oils, apples and a hint of salinity. This family-owned grower producer is based in Jouy-lès-Reims at the western end of the Montagne de Reims, and is one of the few properties in the region to use Arbanne, Petit Meslier and Fromenteau -- traditional grapes seldom seen today but allowed in Champagne.
