100% Chardonnay. 30 to 40% of the blend was made with reserve wine matured in French oak barrels. This wine is aged for a minimum of 48 months on the lees in the chalk cellars before disgorgement.

Tasting

A powerful yet elegant floral bouquet, with toasted and buttery aromas. Beautiful complexity and structure on the palate, with distinct mineral notes, wild honey and toasty flavors, followed by a pleasant dry finish.

Drinking tips

Best appreciated with oysters, crayfish or any delicate seafood. Connoisseurs will also love it as an aperitif.
