Winemaker Notes: Mionetto Prosecco Superiore Brut is meticulously produced from grapes grown in the Prosecco Superiore DOCG zone, which make it the finest expression possible of the Glera grape. A distinctive, luminous straw yellow in color, with a long-lasting bead of pin-point bubbles, the wine has a rich bouquet of floral essences and emphatic impressions of apple and peach, with a subtle touch of citrus.
