2023 Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon Napa

It results from happy soils, healthy vines, low crop yield, low to no irrigation, and harvest at high ripeness levels – all key ingredients of the Caymus style. The wine is rich and round on the palate, with textural tannins that are non-bitter. Evidence of French oak, but not overplayed. Acidity for balance, but not tart.
