(92 Points) Composed of 100% Cabernet Sauvignon, the 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Actaeon Quixote Vineyard displays a deep garnet-purple color. It features notes of baked black and red cherries, blackcurrant preserves, sautéed herbs and tobacco leaf with touches of fallen leaves and charcoal.
