2014 Covenant Cabernet Sauvignon Napa Kosher image

Rich and complex, arguably the world's finest kosher wine. 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from a small ultra-premium vineyard north of St. Helena in the heart of California's Napa Valley. Classic plum, cassis, and licorice notes are framed by hedonistic toast and butterscotch from 18-20 months in French oak barrels. Velvety tannic structure makes this pair beautifully with roasted meats, red or cream-sauced pastas, and grilled eggplant or portobello mushrooms. Drink now or cellar for 8-10 years.
