2013 Lancaster Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Alexander Valley image

A true representation of the unique terroir of the 53 acres of hillside vineyards. Aromas of black cherry, clove, nutmeg, and blackberry are followed by subtle notes of red plum, cassis and vanilla on the palate. A big and chewy wine on the tongue with lots of everything, ripe lush dark cherry and currant berry fruit with ripe round tannins and a firm hand of acidity to the finish, a very balanced wine with an elegant and long finish.  Finish 45+
