2012 Hypothesis Cabernet Sauvignon Napa image

The winemakers have been dreaming of and contemplating how they would produce their reserve cabernet sauvignon for years. Through trial and error, educated guesses, and hypotheses they discovered that barrel fermentation and flash detente were the keys to unconvering what they had long been searching for. The goal is to produce a wine with incredible structure, depth of fruit, and complete oak integration, without being over done. This cabernet sauvignon is rich and complex, bus still has incredible finesse. They believe their reserve cabernet can go up against some of the big boys in the game, but don't take their word for it and decide for yourself!
