Winery Notes: Since its first release in 1978, Marlstone has been recognized as Sonoma County's premiere Bordeaux style wine. The 1991 vintage is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec and Cabernet Franc, which was assembled the following spring following harvest. The finished wines were aged in our cellar for 30 months is 60-gallon French oak barrels. Luscious flavor and elegant balance have always been hallmarks of Marlstone and this vintage provided both. The wine is distinctively aromatic and smooth of the palate
