(91 Points) The 2022 Grüner Veltliner Klostersatz is from four parcels planted in the 1970s on heavier alluvial soils, and was partially fermented in wood. The nose is shy and the palate taut and bright—smooth with yeast but prickling with white pepper. The slender body is concentrated and walks a lovely line between ripeness and tautness, but with ample spice. This is a kind of textbook Grüner Veltliner, flowing quite gently. (Bone-dry) Vinous
