2013 Domaine Katsaros Chardonnay Krania
On the southeast slopes of Mount Olypus, fermented in oak, has a good amount of lemony citrus here on the nose with a very strong mineral component to the nose, wet rock. Ncie richness and concentration on the tongue opening up nicely on the second day with a thick creamy texture, zesty lemon citrus on the finish along with a host of stone like mineral notes, even better on the second day this wine needs some time to open up.
