God made Cabernet Sauvignon, whereas the devil made Pinot Noir.

- Andre Tchelistcheff, Chief Winemaker at Beaulieu from 1938 – 1973

Burgundy is the greatest example of Pinot Noir on Earth and is also on the 2 bottle per day wine diet.

Newsflash…scientists have discovered that red burgundy is the healthiest type of wine in terms of having the highest concentration of resveratrol.  Which they have now discovered keeps you from getting sick from viruses like Covid 19.  That's why I have not missed a day at Wine Watch in 25 years- I'm fully immunized!

This is a good opportunity to get fully immunized with me at this vintage red burgundy wine tasting and we are going all the way back to the 1928 vintage from the famous collection of Dr. Barolet.  Some of these wines may be the last bottles of their kind on the face of this earth but I can tell you every time I get wines like these in the store… I end up drinking most of them!!  Just for fun I added an older vintage of DRC La Tache to the line-up, so this is sure to be a “Once in a Lifetime” Burgundy tasting event.

The fee for this tasting which includes dinner is $995+ tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com.
