A meal without wine is called breakfast.
I don’t even eat breakfast… it’s not on the 2 bottle per day wine diet!
The secret to good health is lots of red wine containing many great things but resveratrol is one of the best things for you in wine and the wine that contains the most resveratrol is red burgundy. So, whenever we get a chance to pop some bottles of red Burgundy we take it here at Wine Watch.
This tasting features wines from one of the most prominent wine collectors in South Florida Dr. Robert Maliner. We have hosted hundreds of tastings with Bob’s wines over the last 25 years, but this may be the best vintage Burgundy tasting ever! For those of you born in 1963 we will show Domaine de la Romanee Conti La Tache as the 60 year old selection but we have a 1929 Henri De Villamar Vosne Romanee Beaumonts Collection Du Docteur Barolet on the table tonight making the oldest wine 94 years old!
Join me as we experience some of the oldest wines we have in the store at the moment!
The fee for this tasting which includes dinner is $995 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463 or e-mail andy@winewatch.com. Please let us know when you make your reservation if you have any dietary restrictions and chefs Toni and Dani will be happy to accommodate you.
