Caymus Wine Dinner at Michael Mina Stripsteak at the Fontainebleau

Paying homage to the inception of Fontainebleau Miami Beach in 1954, Cellar 1954 Wine & Dinner Series is a

monthly event that pairs the world’s most prestigious wines and winemakers with the award-winning cuisine of

Fontainebleau Miami Beach’s signature dining destinations.

July’s Cellar 1954 is a tribute to Caymus Vineyards, founded over 40 years ago by the Wagner family. Known for

their long line of grape growing and winemaking in Napa Valley, the Wagners have a farming tradition dating

back to the 1850’s. It’s no wonder their wines are the best, and why Fontainebleau will be showcasing them with a

four-course dinner at StripSteak on Friday, July 29 at 8 PM.

Priced at $150 per person including tax and gratuity.
