I thank god for my children every day. Without them I’d never know how well red wine complements chicken nuggets.

It’s the end of Burgundy month here at Wine Watch and we saved one of the best Burgundy tastings for last with our vintage white Burgundy tasting back to 1955! This is the oldest white Burgundy that we have ever shown at Wine Watch and most of the wines on the table are Grand Cru making this one of the greatest white tastings of all time!!
White wine does not seem to get the same attention from collectors as red. We are guilty of giving red more attention than white as ¾ of our inventory is the color red.
Recognition of the problem is half of the battle and tonight we will give the vintage white Burgundies their due. Most of the wines at this tasting are not available for sale as this tasting is part of the valuable scientific wine research that we are doing here at the Wine Watch- we need to know how long you can age white Burgundy in your cellar so we will report back on how these old white burgs are drinking at 20, 30 and 60+ yearsl old!!!
Come and find out how these great whites are doing as every wine on the table tonight will be 20+ years old and everything is white! Toni Lampasone will be making a special meal to accompany the tasting wines and the fee for this event is $250 + tax, for reservations call 954-523-9463.
