(89 points) Ed Sbragia, who did an amazing job at Beringer for a few decades, now has his own label and has turned out a beautiful 2012 Sauvignon Blanc from Dry Creek Valley. This barrel-fermented, lees-stirred Sauvignon displays a good deal of texture, crisp acids and notes of caramelized grapefruit, figs and melons. It is ideal for drinking over the next several years.
