The black band on the label indicates that the wine is a single vineyard and the gold band indicates that the wine is a blend of different vineyard sites, the production of this wine is 35,000 bottles. Ripe melon fruit and some orange blossoms and some fresh earth notes, sandstone soils, slight musky note. Nice intensity on the tongue with tongue tingly minerality and a nice richness in the mid palate, apricot and apple fruit and a bright fresh finsh. Finish 40+ Excellent
