The red brother of the rose, a blend of 65% Corvina, 35% Rondinella , same varietals low temperature fermentation to retain fruitiness and lower tannins 5 days skin maceration. Lots of ripe berry fruit on the nose , cherry and plum with floral and fresh herb notes. A very smooth and silky wine on the palate with light red berry fruit , raspberry and strawberry, with pretty floral notes and a zesty finish, a refreshing red but has lots of nuance complexity.
