This cuvee does see some purchased fruit from some of their neighbors. These wines have always been indigenous yeasts, no fining or filtering. A good amount of lemon drop candy like fruit, lemon custard and notes of vanilla bean spice, a very rich and complex bouquet of aromas. A fresh and balanced wine on the tongue with notes of cinnamon and vanilla bean spice along with a firm hand of acidity through the finish and a healthy dose of minerality leaving the tongue refreshed, just the right touch of oak spice.
