Winery Notes: They have fruit flavors (apple, lemon, grapefruit or sometimes exotic fruits). The mouth is full and tangy following years . The finish is pretty persistent.  They have the distinction of opening faster than the first raw or wines. They will be best before the first with raw shellfish or fish .
