2012 Bodega Contador Que Bonito Cacareaba 

A blend of 50% Garnacha Blanca, 35% Malvasia Riojana and 15% Viura fermented and aged for eight months in new French oak barrels. Has a lovely perfume to the bouquet, fresh apples, pears and tangerine citrus fruit with notes of wild flowers and a touch of vanilla spice. Very rich on the tongue with a texture of cream, tongue tingly acidity and a host of that nuance and perfume from the nose through the finish, very long and layered this wine really opens up nicely and has a very rich but balanced finish, this wine opens up nicely on the second day and has a lot of tongue tingly minerality to the finish.
