Dark berry fruit on the nose with a hint of smoke and an aroma of bubble gum, which has almost disappeared on the second day, dark chocolate, dark plum, espresso, cold climate Syrah, only  650 cases produced.  Smooth black berry fruit on the tongue, fine tannins with excellent structure here with layers of dark spices, black licorice with a zesty finish big but nice firm hand of acidity leaves the tongue salivating for food, dark coco.  Finish 45+        Excellent +
